What does Enjoy Bratislava do exactly?

Enjoy Bratislava is an activity and event organizer specialized in bachelor parties, group trips and team-building experiences in Bratislava.

Do you organize complete weekends or single activities?

Both.
You can book:

  • A single activity
  • A full weekend itinerary
  • A custom program built specifically for your group

Everything can be adapted to your budget, group size and preferences.

How does the booking process work?

  1. You build your dream itinerary on our website (optional but recommended)
  2. You contact us with your request
  3. We create a custom proposal
  4. You confirm and pay the deposit
  5. We finalize all bookings
  6. The balance is paid upon arrival (unless agreed otherwise)

How can I pay?

Payments can be made by:

  • Bank transfer
  • Card payment (on request)

All payment details are clearly explained in the confirmation email.

Is a deposit required?

Yes, a deposit is required to confirm the booking.
The exact amount and payment deadline are stated in the confirmation email.

The remaining balance is usually paid upon arrival in Bratislava, unless the full amount was paid in advance.

Can I change my booking or group size?

Yes.

  • Changes or partial cancellations made at least 7 days before arrival are free of charge
  • Changes must be made in writing
  • The final price will be adjusted accordingly

Last-minute changes are sometimes difficult, but we always try to help when possible.

What is your cancellation policy?

Full cancellation:

  • More than 30 days before arrival
    → €10/person cancellation fee (refundable as a voucher for future use)
  • Between 30 and 7 days before arrival
    → Cancellation fee equal to the deposit
  • Less than 7 days before arrival
    → 100% of the total price charged

These rules apply to both group and individual cancellations.

What happens if Enjoy Bratislava cancels an activity?

In rare cases (force majeure or service unavailability), we reserve the right to amend or cancel bookings.

If this happens, all payments made (including deposit) will be refunded.

Are the activities insured?

No.
Enjoy Bratislava does not provide insurance.

We strongly recommend that all participants have adequate travel insurance, including coverage for extreme or adventure activities if applicable.

What happens in case of inappropriate behavior?

Enjoy Bratislava and its suppliers reserve the right to:

  • Cancel or stop services
  • Exclude participants from activities

This applies if behavior is considered dangerous, disruptive or inappropriate.
In such cases, no refund will be issued.

Do you organize activities for large groups or companies?

Yes.
We regularly organize:

  • Large bachelor parties
  • Corporate team-building events
  • Custom group programs
